Not an AI Wellness Product
There is no generative AI standing between you and Jerry. Your private writing, voice notes, and reflections are read by Jerry personally. No language model summarises your situation. No recommendation engine produces "insights." The clinical judgement is human.
Not a Coaching Platform
There is no curriculum. There is no goal-setting workflow. There are no productivity nudges. The relationship is calibrated to the principal's situation — not to a methodology that assumes every principal needs the same scaffolding.

The Quarterly Life Performance Review is a written-and-discussed review against the architecture, conducted four times per year — a structured reckoning with what is actually happening across the principal's life.

Every communication inside the Room is held under the same standard of confidence that governs the underlying clinical relationship.
Human-Only Review
Your private writing and voice notes are read by Jerry personally. They are not summarised, scored, embedded, or analysed by any language model or third-party AI service.
Minimum Necessary Data
The Room captures what the working relationship requires and nothing more. There is no analytics layer optimising for engagement.
No Advertising. No Tracking.
No advertising, no third-party tracking, no data brokers. None of the member-side data is monetised, ever — directly or indirectly.
Encryption
At rest and in transit. Standard.
Member-Controlled Deletion
Full deletion of your Room data available on request; timelines specified in the engagement agreement.
Assistant Access Boundaries
If your assistant coordinates scheduling, that access is scoped narrowly and named explicitly in the engagement agreement.
Jurisdictional Clarity
The legal jurisdiction governing your engagement is set in the agreement; for U.S.-based principals, typically Texas.

How to Access the Room
The Room is available only to active members of Confidential Executive Private Advisory. The path to membership is deliberate, private, and personally reviewed.
Step 1 — The Inner Ledger Private Briefing
Free. Read first. The foundation for understanding the engagement before any further step is taken.
Step 2 — A Private Fit Consultation
$2,500 to $5,000. By application. Reviewed personally within three business days. This is where fit is assessed — for both parties.
Step 3 — Confidential Executive Private Advisory
By invitation, following the Fit Consultation. Annual private membership; founding-member pricing $25,000 to $50,000 per year.
